Daniela Pereira (she/her)

About

Daniela earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from Florida State University. She also holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology with a focus on health from SCU. In her role, Daniela provides support to the Stanford student population through individual 1:1 sessions, substance use education, facilitated trainings, and also supports the PEER (Prevent, Educate, Empower, Refer) program at the university.

Professional Interests

Her professional interests lie in exploring the intersectionality between mental health and substance use, with a particular focus on how these areas influence one another and contribute to overall well-being in college populations.

She is also deeply interested in positive psychology, which emphasizes the importance of strengths, resilience, and personal development in fostering mental health.

Traveling and exploring new places, outdoor adventures, and learning Portuguese!
